With over 10 years experience of Mail Order, we appreciate that when you place your order, you will need it quickly, properly packed and with all goods present and intact.
This we always endeavour to do, by treating every order individually and working on the basis that if you are happy with your order, you will use us again and have no hesitation in recommending us to others.


Faulty Goods
1. Goods must be returned within the manufacturers warranty period ( normally 1 year )
2. In most situations, we will need the entire product returned.
Please let us know if your wish is to return only part of a product
3. We will refund the carriage costs if the goods prove to be faulty.
Products with a manufacturers warranty will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion. Alp cannot accept liability for consequential or indirect loss
To ensure replacement goods or refunds for goods supplied by Alp are processed correctly
please follow the guidelines below:
1. Obtain a RETURNS NUMBER
by telephoning Customer Services on:

Open: Monday - Saturday ( 8am - 5.00pm )
Arrangements will be made to replace the goods or issue a refund.
Please Note:
Alp will be unable to process any returns unless accompanied
by a return form and returns number.


Returning Goods
Non Faulty Goods
1. No goods will be accepted unless in the original condition,
complete with original packaging. Including, where appropriate, any manuals or user information documents.
2. Goods must be returned within 1 month of purchase.
3. Refunds for goods surplus to requirements are entirely at the discretion of Alp.
4. We are unable to refund any products which have been specially ordered.

Short Delivery / Non Delivery
Any claims for Short delivery / Non delivery
must be notified to the Supplying Branch within 5 working days of placing an order or from receipt of an invoice.
